• Provide accurate and complete information during consultations and project intake

• Make timely payments as per our invoices or payment plans

• Not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes

• Respond to communication in a reasonable time frame to avoid delays

3. Payments & Refunds

• All prices will be shared upfront and customized to each project.

• Payments are due as agreed (e.g., upfront, milestones, or after completion).

• Once a service is started, refunds may not be available unless agreed otherwise.

• If the client cancels a project midway, a cancellation fee may apply depending on the work completed.

4. Revisions

We offer a reasonable number of revisions depending on the service package. Excessive revisions beyond what is included may incur additional charges, which will be communicated beforehand.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, graphics, and code developed by us remain the property of Ali Raza Marketing until full payment is received.

• After full payment, the ownership of the final product (website, content, etc.) is transferred to the client.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ali Raza Marketing is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of business or profits

• Downtime caused by hosting or third-party services

• Delays caused by incomplete client input or third-party delays

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and treat all information shared with us as confidential. We do not share your data or project details with outside parties without your consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any project or working relationship if:

• There is a breach of these terms

• There is abusive or unprofessional communication

• Payment terms are not met

In such cases, any completed work up to that point will be invoiced accordingly.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
